From time to time we would like to contact you with details of Special Offers and Marketing Information on products that we provide. If you consent to this, you can change your mind later and opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us.
By signing our Customer Agreement and giving us your email address you agree to Opt In to our Marketing Emails, our use of your data and emails to enable us to administer your account. You can Opt Out of Marketing Emails at any time, however we will still need your consent to use your data and emails to administer your account.
You have the right to complain to the ‘Information Commissioner’s Office’ should you feel we have handled your data inappropriately, however, please contact us in the first instance, so we can deal with your complaint.
You have the right to ask for your data to be removed, however we may be required to keep some data, so we will only keep data as it is needed or required by law. i.e. copy invoices and accounts information. We will keep your data while you are a customer and only keep data thereafter as it is needed or required by law.
We will not pass your details onto other companies, except for the purpose of administering your account and providing the services you have requested.
